Meet our Team

Dr. Jessica Osuere: Founder/Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Jessica Osuere is a passionate advocate for quality, collaborative, holistic, inclusive, and equitable education for all. With a Doctorate Degree in Educational Management (Planning) and a strong educational background in Adult Education/ Political Science, and Public Administration, she is dedicated to making a positive impact in the education sector.

A seasoned educator, researcher and administrator, Dr. Osuere has a wealth of experience in educational management and planning. She is a member of the National Association of Educational Administrators and Planners (NAEAP), an affiliate of Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM) and she is also a member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). Her commitment to excellence in education has earned her recognition as a leader in her field.

Beyond her work in education, Dr. Osuere is also a passionate activist and advocate for women's health and empowerment. As the Founder and Team Lead of THE Lydia Team, a Vesico Vagina Fistula (VVF) Support Group, she is dedicated to providing support and advocacy for women affected by VVF. Through her work, Dr. Osuere inspires and empowers individuals to strive for excellence and make a positive impact in their communities.

Cecilia ‘Sade Adaja (Ph.D): Educational Consultant.

Dr. Cecilia Folasade Adaja is a distinguished educator, researcher, and expert in educational planning and management. Holding a PhD in Educational Planning and a Master's degree in Educational Management, she possesses a profound understanding of the complexities of educational systems and institutions. Her academic credentials are further complemented by her technical expertise, with a BSc in Computer Science, BSc Ed in Integrated Science Education, an Advanced Certificate in IT, and a Certificate in Data Analytics.

A prolific researcher and scholar, Dr. Adaja has authored some publications in educational journals, showcasing her expertise in educational planning, policy, and management. Her work has contributed significantly to the body of knowledge in education, informing policy and practice. Through her research, teaching, and consulting, Dr. Adaja continues to empower educators, policymakers, and institutions to make informed decisions and drive positive change in education.

Lawretha Ogbaran: Public Relations Officer

Lawretha is a seasoned educator with a passion for making a lasting impact through education. With years of experience teaching English Language and Literature, she has established herself as a core professional in her field.

Lawretha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and a Master's degree in Pragmatics, a specialized area of English Language. Her commitment to education led her to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). She has also obtained international certifications as a Microsoft Educator and Cambridge Educator.

She shares her expertise and energy through her YouTube channel, where she focuses on training and educating young minds. Her dedication to education and empowerment is inspiring a new generation of learners.
